Here’s the “new” single, “Far Nearer”, and b-side from The xx member Jamie xx. Sonically, both songs recall Burial, but a little less dark and ghostly – “Far Nearer”, a track that leaked a while back, even throws in some island sounds. At well over five minutes a piece with sparse vocals, you’ll need an attention span greater than my own to stomach them, but he’s definitely onto something. Check them out below.
